Fantastic experience: No one better for support and effort! . After calling around and getting several appraisal's Sara stood out straight away with her very detailed and personal approach, also for the fact she took the time to value my property for what it was and what it had to offer, rather than just what basic local averages were showing on a trend line or spreadsheet. Communication through the process was amazing and Sara really helped me understand the whole listing and sale process which i was finding very daunting and also gave great feedback on what i should do with my property to maximise its potential. Fantastic experience: Best Looking and Friendliest Agent in the Bay. After a lot of time looking and dealing with agents I thought my dreams had come true when I met Sara at one of her open homes and I could have not predicted what would follow. Not only did she review all of my potential homes for suitability she also took time every weekend to visit 30+ open homes with me and literally held my hand through the entire process which included going unconditional, settlement, final inspection, handover and arrival of my house contents whilst I was overseas. If that is not going over and above I don't know what is. Sara is highly knowledgeable, organised and meticulous in every part of the process.
