I have had the most heavenly experience with the team at Ray Whites Bay Fair I prayed for a miracle and there they were their unwavering grace in a time of need was an immense relief for my family and I. Florence's willingness to broach the difficult questions I posed whilst herself moving work spaces across town still worked with professionalism and provided a window for us to a new home and a new life, She went above and beyond anything I could have dreamed for. Florence's attention to speedy repairs (Unfortunately quite a few) were taken in stride and I was not made to feel uncomfortable at all. The no fuss promptness and trustworthy nature of the contractors they provide are a pleasant surprise suppling service that sets your mind at ease. Whilst respecting that they are not just in the landlords house but also our home. Providing reassurance that the repairs are normal aging and damage had occurred over years of use, or familiarity of the fault prior to my occupation. We look forward to inspections with glee and fudge brownie for the team at Ray Whites and appreciate the respectful nature of the agents whilst in our home. They have allowed us the independence to develop the section and truely create a place we can call home and feel relaxed, Whilst maintaining and adding value to the landlords investment. I would recommend the team at Ray Whites to anyone looking to rent, sell, lease, list or buy a property the camaraderie between the rental team, realestate agents and office staff also the respect of each individual within the team is apparent and outspoken both in and out of the office.
