Upon the initial home inspection during which there were many applicants seeking to take up residency with their families, I initially felt some empathy for all there as well as myself. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: We approached Janine at Evan’s Property Management because of the 5 star reviews and comments. When I met Janine I was very impressed as she was punctual, informative and obviously very organised. Having had issues with property managers in the past we wanted a property manager we could trust and know that they would be acting in our best interest. We have an executive home with a number of extras and also unusual features. Janine listened and took on board our concerns and assured us that she would only consider tenants that she felt would be suitable for our property. We discussed that this may mean a delay in finding the right tenant but we were happy to wait if need be as the right tenant was paramount. Janine and her team advertised our property with an exceptional write up and photos promoting the benefits of the house which we were very impressed with. The first viewing we were fortunate enough to have a lovely family come through who felt the house was ideal for their situation. Within 2 days all the references and checks had been completed and the tenancy contract signed. The service we have received in this short time has been outstanding. We feel extremely confident that the house will be managed properly and our asset will be looked after. Janine and her team encourage tenants to let her know if there has been an issues, damage or an accident so that it can be sorted as soon as possible and reviews from tenants verify this which supports the great relationship the team have built between all parties. I would definitely recommend Janine and her team as property managers especially if your house is your pride and joy and you are anxious about renting it out .
