Fantastic experience: Commitment and communication. Kat was selected as our agent because from the very first meeting, she was very knowledgeable about the property and its surrounding area. She put forward a case that included us as sellers and answered all our questions without hesitation. Kat suggested actions that were designed to promote the house to its best advantage. Kat never pushed ideas onto us, but rather discussed options and let us decide as to the way forward. During the sale period Kat was active in promoting the house and following up on people who had visited.
