Renting was really easy and she was really nice to work with even if my cat didn't want to meet her. Due to financial circumstances, I had to break my lease. Fantastic experience: We recently relocated to the South Island and dealt with Ray White on finding a rental property. We worked with Chace at the start who was able to do a video walk through of the house with us and answered all the questions we had, and give a very good understanding of the property. Emails and contact was easy and prompt. We then worked with Alana for the final hand over and key collection which Alana was amazing with as our arrival time got pushed back several times. Again communication was easy and prompt. Overall we have had a great experience with Ray White and both agents so far!

Fantastic experience: Such a great service connection and support from Dee Boivin...wow! Dee was absolutely first class. Answered all of our questions, put us at ease immediately, and walked with us through the process of renting our property. It was so easy mostly because of Dee's approach and customer service. Within two weeks of our contacting Ray White property management everything is sorted and new tenants secured, thanks so much Dee, you are a pleasure to work with and an absolute star.

Negative experience: Experience as a tenant: Extremely poor communication and have waited long periods for any dialog after submitting maintaince requests via Tapi for vital objects such as locks. This is compounded by a high turnover of property agents (5 over the course of a year) managing our tenancy. No communication between them apparently as they've lost our bond refund form which requires a resubmission and as such over 2000 dollars is frozen. Totally unprofessional and disappointing for us as a tenant.

They have been excellent - very on the ball, following up as needed, and letting me know exactly what is going on and what they are doing to remedy the situation. Negative experience: Really unhappy with what I just experienced when going to view a property. Team was quick to set a viewing date/time which was great but got there, Ray was 10mins late and then said we could only go in one person at a time. I completely understand health and safety in todays times but this definitely could have been handled differently as there was quite a few people (it was taking 5mins per person which meant it would be 40mins of waiting since viewings started for me to get through the door). We were left standing along a shared driveway in the rain. I was at the property for 25mins and wasn’t anywhere near being able to view the inside. If there had been notice in advance regarding being let in one at a time, I would not have taken time off work and travelled across town to attend. Not fair and doesn’t show a lot of respect for other peoples’ time.

Katrina and her team are experienced professionals. I will never forget our first meeting. I was expecting 15 mins and got 1hr 15mins of personalised helpful detail. From the moment our property went on the rental market we have consistently experienced excellent communications, helpful advice and we are always kept right up to speed with everything that is happening. Fantastic experience: From a tenancy perspective, Ray White Morris and Co has been excellent, with their quick conversion to contact-less management while still preserving the ever-important personal element that is required in tenancy management. It feels as though they recognize that their business is not just catering to landlords, but catering to tenants too. Fantastic service - specifically from Tanaya Jeffcot, but from Ray White as a whole. I would hold Ray White as the gold standard in property management companies.

Positive experience: Ray White do their very best to provide a professional service. They like to ensure all matters concerning rental property are dealt with professionally and efficiently. They can at times, and this is the rental agency, be over enthusiastic about being firm which can cause friction. However they do, and this is both the rental agency and the commercial property sales business, provide Rangiora with a great service. The help people by finding them accommodation or property they are looking for in North Canterbury.
