Fantastic experience: Clarence gets you results. We had a very short window to make a successful sale coming into the December shutdown period. Clarence moved really quickly onboarding us as clients and organising property cleanup, staging, photography and marketing processes. The results were quite literally immediate. We had the first off-market offer as these processes were ongoing. We were able to close the sale within 5 working days of listing. An amazing result in what others would say is a subdued market. Fantastic experience: Patience of a saint! . It was by happenstance that we met Max through my partners work actually and honestly from the first meeting he was in our court. It was our first time buying a home so lots of questions, weekend and evening viewings and he was extremely flexible and accommodating. I am particularly picky and knew exactly what I wanted so with lots of patience from Max (honestly don’t know how he does it) he found us an awesome off market property which we saw the vision for and knew it was the house for us. He advocated for us, really pushed everything through for us to settle before Christmas. We’ve now mostly settled into our new home and if we were to do it again Max would be our first choice. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. Made the experience one to remember. From the moment we first spoke I knew Miranda was the agent to sell our house. Miranda was calling me to follow up on a listing she had as we had been through the open home on the weekend. Fantastic experience: We engaged Art to list our family's investment property due to a family member's illness, from the get go this was a complex situation of timing, health stress as well as having a difficult tenant.
