Selling my house wasn’t easy – it’s on a busy road and needed some updating – but Sherini was amazing the whole way through. The thing I appreciated most was her honesty. Fantastic experience: Very happy with Total Realty, we sold our house in a week and had multiple offers meaning our house sold above what we expected, also with the reasonable fees meant that we had more in our pocket for our next family home. Don't waste your time with Harcourts and auctions, high fees, high stress for buyers and waiting around for auctions. I think if we went with Harcourts we would have had LESS in our pocket towards our next house and made it harder for buyers. Just seems fair and logical
