From the very first viewing through to moving in, the process was seamless, professional, and genuinely stress-free. Communication was always clear, timely, and friendly. When I requested permission to install shelving in the laundry, the process was incredibly easy—from approval through to having a professional contractor complete the work. Everything was handled efficiently, and nothing ever felt like an issue. When it came time to move out, there was some minor paint damage, which I felt awful about. My Property Manager was very understanding and helpful, clearly explaining the process for getting it fixed. I really appreciated the transparency and support, and I was more than happy to cover any costs required. The way this was handled made what could have been a stressful situation feel very fair and straightforward. Overall, Iron Bridge Property Management set the standard for how renting should be. Professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire tenancy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental.

Fantastic experience: My experience working with Iron Bridge’s Rod and Georgie was wonderful. We purchased an Iron Bridge property as our first home and they were supportive and walked us though the process step by step. We felt very looked after and they made themselves available to us for any questions and were very accommodating overall.

Negative experience: 7 x we have had 2 different tradies come to fix the dishwasher. Waiting today on our 8th pre arranged appointment turns out when the tradies gone to bunnings to get new dishwasher it was not even there for him to collect despite being told it was days prior. This is the worse comunication I've ever experienced from a property manager they didnt even bother to let us know not to waste our time waiting and that we could turn the water back on so we have been hours without water today. What a joke.

Fantastic experience: Jane Proctor organized a free spring cleaning for my tenants. That kindly reminded them of the standards required when renting a furnished place and gave me peace of mind about the state of the property. Jane is always prompt with attending to every issue that occurs at my property, takes it upon herself to find workable solutions and never overcharges. She chose for me tenants who have stayed for years, and who mostly respect the integrity and cleanliness of the place. Plus, she is a lovely person to communicate with.

Fantastic experience: We have been looking to rent another rental for the Pass 6 months and haven't been able find any thing over spraydon way ware we were renting most places over there were 700 a week plus which was out of our price range so we decided to look over woolston way looked a 2 br a study and a sleep put applied on the Mon approved on Wednesday of October 2025 we found our property manager meera Patel of iron bridge helpful meet us at the the property with the keys which was good to deal with.

Negative experience: We stayed in an Iron Bridge rental property for around one year, and unfortunately, our experience was not positive. During our tenancy, it was often difficult to get proper assistance from our property manager, Nicki. While she requested that we submit concerns through the Tapi app, when we did so, she cancelled requests without informing us and gave unprofessional excuses when questioned. For example, when we raised the issue that our washroom window did not have a stopper, instead of arranging a fix, she told us to buy one ourselves and install it. This is not acceptable service from a property management company. Overall, the customer service was very poor and seemed focused only on collecting rent rather than addressing tenant needs. We are glad to have moved out a couple of months ago. If anyone is considering renting through Iron Bridge, I would strongly advise making sure you receive proper value for your hard-earned money.

Fantastic experience: Recently engaged Iron Bridge to start the process of managing our property and finding a tenant for it (Iron Bridge has a strong presence in our local area so decided to contact them). Dealt primarily with Monique - who came to inspect the property and provide a rental assessment etc - and Keryn who helped to arrange viewings and listed the property online. Both have been fantastic to deal with, providing excellent service, prompt communication, replying to our questions etc and ultimately we got a tenant sorted quickly. Can't comment so much on the day-to-day management side yet (as our tenant isn't moved in yet) but certainly cannot fault the service we have received so far.

When I moved out I was so worried to hand it over to a property manager but Wendy Harrison was incredible! She was so quick to get things done, reliable and friendly and any nerves I had about letting total strangers rent my apartment disappeared pretty quickly. Wendy is a great communicator and made the whole process so easy. When I decided to sell she was really supportive and referred me on to Rod Arthur. This was my first house sale in an awkward market and Rod did a tremendous job. He gave good, clear information and helped me make the best decisions. We ended up selling in 25 days - I expected it to be a couple of months at least so I was thrilled. I also got a fantastic price considering there were about four million other apartments out there! Rod was also great at communicating the process, keeping me in the loop on every aspect of the sale and making it really easy for me. I would highly recommend Rod and Ironbridge to anyone looking to sell a property - the way the company operates and the honesty, reliability, efficiency, integrity and friendliness of the staff is outstanding.

When I requested to talk to someone in the property management department, I was met with bluntness when I reiterated my request. I currently possess 3 properties that I intend to lease.
