Fantastic experience: A good experience despite the urgency. We purchased a property listed with Geraldine Hermens. It was a bit of a whirlwind as we first saw the house on a Sunday and the Auction was the following Tuesday. Geraldine was very efficient and effective getting all the information we needed to us ASAP so we could get our ducks in a row. Throughout the process we felt we received clear and honest information with communications from the vendors via the agency. From day one the communication was there and quick turnarounds on any updates with our property sale.
