Negative experience: I was really disappointed with my property manager (melissa) and her lack of empathy and integrity. I would think twice before dealing with harcourts in the future and would advise others to do the same.

Fantastic experience: Kate was super helpful and responsive whilst we were doing our due diligence on the property. There was no pressure, which is so refreshing. When we had our ducks in a row Kate was available to present an offer that day. Made the whole process so much easier. Kates' knowledge of the area is superior. We are super thankful we were able to secure this amazing property and Kate was an awesome facilitator to enable it. Nothing was too much trouble for Kate.

She doesn't just get you an offer, she negotiates the entire deal until it's unconditional and is by your side every step of the way. We were first time home sellers, so going into this we felt a bit nervous. Her down to earth nature made us feel comfortable to ask stupid questions and it was always a pleasure hearing her continuous updates throughout the process. I would like to say that I found Kay Lucas to be a very Bright and Cherry and enthusiastic person when I noticed a small house for sale and called in to an open home. She was able to provide me with all the relevant details so I could then get Hubby on board and take him along to the next open home. We knew what we were looking for and Kay was great with the negotiations and making this purchase happen. Now we would just like to say thanks for making our son so welcome when he was able to visit what will be his new home.

Negative experience: Unprefessional service. If you are a tenant looking for a rental unit you'll find no help from them. I have left countless messages with the team to get a call back and e-mails. It has been weeks and I haven't heard back. So much trouble to try booking a viewing. Stay away if you can

Negative experience: My lawyer advised that if I had any unpermitted buildings on my property to let the real estate agent Tania Baron know so that she could inform people when showing them around. When she and the auctioneer turned up the day before the auction to set the reserve I asked Tania if she had been letting people know. She hadn't! She said not a problem we will just tell people right before the auction. I firmly believe this had a detrimental effect on the price I received at auction. I would not recommend Harcourts or Tania Baron at all!!!!

Negative experience: They really do try to take money out of you by taking advantage of you not knowing much about your right of tenancy
