I found the communication on Whatsapp a little confusing for a start and I may have appreciated being asked if this was suitable for my IT level, however I did get used to it and I did appreciate that all the communication was in one place, including the Open Home reports. The information provided in each message was clear and concise. I also very much appreciated the direct phone calls and discussions. The Rout Group achieved a a good result at sale. I would ask that when discussing commissions/set fee that the figure quoted is including GST, I feel that when working alongside non-business people that the figure quoted should be the end result figure, not a GST exclusive figure, I have had it said 'that's what everyone does' that may be true for business partners, but it isn't for lay people, both figures could be included in the agreement.

Negative experience: Ganeshs customer service skills need some serious improvement! I had phoned to query the business hours as the business hours stated on Google vs on the building itself were conflicting and confusing. I was later phoned by Ganesh who very aggressively and condescendingly spoke down to me, rudely accusing me numerous times of leaving a bad review. I told him I had not, and that I had been driving and I had dashcam footage to prove I had been driving since I left his building. He consistently argued the point. He sent me a photo of the review. I then realized it was my daughter that had left a very neutral 3 star review stating that Google was misleading with regards to the business hours. He continued to angrily speak down at me and kept accusing me of leaving a bad review and stated that he will blacklist my name. He then tried to school me in how to parent; My daughter is almost 16yrs old and a very mature and intelligent young lady, she would never tarnish any business for no reason and what she wrote, in my opinion was not negative at all. She removed it as he had demanded and he was told this, yet STILL he was being extremely aggressive in his tone, insisting we remove the review and threatening me to blackmail me into doing what he wanted. This entire conversation will all be able to be played back on my dash cam as it records audio. You sir do not have the right to harass or threaten anyone, just because you do not like the opinions they share. You have a very condescending tone and attitude and that does not sit well with me; And DO NOT even get me started on you trying to school me in parenting my child, as it is clear you yourself have not been raised with consideration and understanding, nor do you have any etiquette in playing nice. It is not hard to be kind. I have not met you but I have since heard many negative things about you and the way you do business; And if the way you spoke to me over the phone is any reflection of how you conduct yourself and how you treat your clients, then I praise all the good gods that I am never in a position to meet you face to face. The outcome of your own actions sir, have led you to having more than one negative review and you have dropped from a 3 star to a one star. Leaving a copy of the previous review my daughter left so others can decide if it was wrong on her behalf, but I personally don't feel that she initially left any negative feedback for you or your business, in my opinion it was extremely neutral and did not reflect badly on your business whatsoever. If anything reflects badly, it is you and your poor attitude towards others. It pays to treat people with respect and kindness or you may just bite off more than you can chew. Good luck with your future endeavors and if I see you blacklisting my name as you threatened to do, best be warned, I will then see you in court.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Yelled at me over my Mum's phone because of a different review, and called it "a bad review", and telling my Mother off for "condoning this behavior", because she said it wasn't a bad review. (This was over a phone call) I am my own person and my original review had nothing to do with my Mother. Original review: (3-Stars) Google Maps is very misleading. The actual building is to the right of what it says on here, and they're open Mon-Fri 9:00am until 5:00pm. They don't close at 8:00pm. Just to let everyone know. He had my Mum's phone number because she called earlier, and he assumed it was her that made the review, when it could've been anyone. This had nothing to do with his business, and it was a neutral review. Thank you for your time.

Due to my lack of experience, he helped me by providing constant communication by email and phone, so that I would be able to navigate all of the things that I needed to put in an offer. Ganesh has such a rapport with his client base and ended up with an offer our house within 1 week of it going on the market. Negative experience: The Communication that took place with the occupied Tennant was inefficient and was poor. Failed to provide adequate and Right information to the Seller. This is Only done to pushed through the sales at the Earliest. That's the sort of mentality behind this! There was absolutely No transparency and accountability.. Ganesh and his team has not shared any details of the tenant urgency to locate to a new location; then went along to support the tenant behind close doors. This was never discussed during the course of engagement with the seller ! Overly exaggerated statements and pushed claims to the occupied Tennant. What appears seemingly smooth transition on the Surface was actually a complete opposite & Fake. Nil transparency with clear glitches,hiccups in the Communication network with Poor compliance and NO reassurance !
