Negative experience: The worst. If you are well and healthy, you might have a good experience. But if you are under any sort of duress, AVOID. Tamaris Livera ignored all my wishes and made the process virtually unbearable. It should have been an easy gig for her as I literally asked for nothing, but she exacerbated my condition with constant enquiry and updates. And once paid, her and Steve Fejos became bullish (Fejos was downright aggressive) agents of the buyer. Their lack of empathy was disgusting.

Negative experience: Visited our next door neighbor's house which was being opened home by lowe co in Karori. After seeing the house, we tried to approach the realtor. We asked him how much the owner would expect to sell and you know what he said "I don't know" and "what is your budget?" We asked him again to at least give us a range but he kept saying "I don't know", "what is your budget?" but now he added "people want to make the most of it" and "tell your bank". Not understandable and very dismissive. How can we make a comparable offer if the realtor don't know anything?? Don't you have some sort of appraisal before? As far as i know, Lowe co should be an established property company. Our neighbor, Brian and wife, has been a good neighbor for us. They are such a lovely old couple. Very unfortunate they coincidentally met with a cocky and shameful house salesman. I can see now why the house market in Wellington keep downturning

Negative experience: Aaron Burke is highly unethical and petty. I was going to take my house off the market after three months with him because he was pushy and putting customers off and I was shifting overseas as a single mum and it was too much. He said what would it take for me to sell and offered me the help of his 'connections' (that shady gang of businessmen he hangs with) to move. With this in mind I signed. Well, the ink was not even dry and I never heard from him again. No help, not even a thank you for your business card. Nothing. If I spend the rest of life writing bad reviews for this guy and his business it won't be enough for what he put me through. He doesn’t care about your average person.

Emma has a particular talent to connect while also being a very capable negotiator - someone you definitely want on your side for a sale.
