Fantastic experience: It was a very great experience staying at one of Leaders' property, making my time in wellington so memorable :) My property manager, Ashley, was very responsive, chill, and flexible. She got my lease extended for few days within short notice, which was very helpful during a big stressful move to other city. If I don't have to leave, I'd def stay in the same place.

Fantastic experience: I have used the services of Leaders Property Management for the past eight years to manage my rental property. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication. They deal quickly and efficiently with any issues, have access to an excellent team of trades people who put things right with minimum fuss. They are skilled in finding excellent tenants, and also ensure that the tenants' needs are responded to quickly too. Their payment and accounting processes are reliable and timely. Fantastic experience: Possibly the best renting experience I have ever had. Leaders were professional and extremely quick to respond to any queries I had. Ashley is an absolute legend and an asset to this business. When doing the initial property inspection Ashley identified a couple very minor maintenance jobs that needed doing; in less than a week, all were completed. Throughout my time renting through Leaders, Ashley and the team were professional, polite, friendly, and showed a genuine interest and willingness to help. My moving out experience was also the smoothest it could possibly be; the team were in touch with tips on how to leave the property and when/how much the final payment should be. On the final day, I dropped the keys off in the morning and by that afternoon Ashley had already completed the final inspection. I could not recommend Leaders or Ashley enough!

Fantastic experience: I've rented in Wellington for nearly 10 years, I've dealt with every property manager out there, and Leaders has been one of the best. Ashley was really easy to work with, and maintenance requests were a non-issue and actioned quickly.

Fantastic experience: Ashley Edwards, my goodness. Hands down, easily the BEST property manager I have ever had in my 17 years of renting life. She is friendly, polite, flexible, considerate, extremely responsive and approachable. I was silly and locked myself out of my department and contacted Ashley - She was NOT judgemental and tried to make it work for me to obtain the spare key to get back to the flat. I work shift work at the hospital and there was a time that I needed to sleep in for my shift but happened to be the inspection day. Ashley made alternative arrangement so that I could rest. My fridge was malfunctioning, and the team was able to source me a fridge in a very short period of time. Although the initial replacement was so small that I couldn't fit my food in - I reflected back to them, and guess what, within a week I had a NEW fridge and even bigger than before. In terms of bond refund - no tricks, you clean your place well and keep it tidy, YOU WILL have your full bond refund back. I was very sad to leave the apartment that I was in for the last 2 years and I will definitely miss the exceptional service provided by Ashley and the rest of the team at Leaders Property Management. I can see Ashley will make it a strong leader in the future. I wish Ashley and the team all the best.

Both were great at communication, working through any tenant changes amoungst the flat and professional with notification of inspections and when visiting the property. Alex Theodoridis handled all maintenance requests and always kept us looped in to the requests when they were passed on to providers. They have a great relationship with their maintenance providers and I appreciated the timely manner in which any issues were addressed. We all had the end goal of a well maintained property that was a pleasure to live in. I hope our paths may cross again on my rental journey and would recommend others your services.

Fantastic experience: I would like to commend Marie Baker and Olivia Cottis for the excellent working relationship we have. I let my flat intermittently through Leaders, which means I have regular contact with Marie and Olivia. They have created a personal relationship with me which allows me to feel secure in leasing my flat. At the end of a usually short term tenancy, they regularly help me take up my own residency by organising cleaning of the flat, access to services and when asked, advice on any upgrade required. During a tenancy they manage seamlessly issues that might arise. It is evident to me that Marie, as manager of the team, has created a culture that is both professional and personal.

Negative experience: Viewed a property managed by Leaders in November 2023, applied to rent it and then didn’t hear a word until February 2024. Bizarre. I can see from other reviews the property owners are mostly happy with the service but renters clearly not treated the same.

She replied very fast to my queries, and also followed up on them as well after a few days. I find her very pleasant to talk to, and was very professional. The property is well maintained but there is a good balance of not being over bearing. Any repairs are fixed promptly. Fantastic experience: We’ve been renting our home for 9+ years. We love it but it’s an older building and our landlords are overseas so having a great property manager really matters for all parties. We noticed a huge improvement when Leaders took over 5 years ago. Beni is super friendly, communicative, quick and attentive. You can see he cares about ensuring we enjoy our home and they’re the first company we’d call if we rent out our own property in the future.
