Positive experience: Helpful and friendly. George was a very friendly and cheerful agent. He was good at organising convenient times for me to view the house outside of OH. When it came time to making an offer on the place, George provided advice on what he thought would be a good offer. Because he wasn’t the listing agent he wasn’t privy to what the listing agent knew. Ultimately though I got the house. Perhaps the letter I wrote and George stapled to the offer helped! Fantastic experience: Wrong Market - Right Team. Trying to sell in a tough market is no walk in the park. Critical to a successsful outcome is to choose the right agents, which Jane & Ryan were for us. We originally listed in February but the property didn't sell so we withdrew from the market - no reflection on the agents; everything to do with the market. However, six months later and the house is now sold due to the tenacity and perseverance of this team who did not forget us even though we were no longer listed. Fantastic experience: A bit of an adventure . We sold our Wellington apartment at the bottom of the market and it was no easy sale. Jane conducted a first rate marketing campaign hindered by widespread distrust of monolithic cladding and also soaring insurance costs, all of which had a deterrent effect on prospective apartment buyers. Throughout, Jane’s unfailing determination maintained buyer interest. Unfortunately, our tender date yielded only two reasonable offers, reflecting the fragile state of the market. One then withdrew, leaving an offer hedged with conditions which we were obliged to accept. After that, Jane worked tirelessly and reported almost daily. Her efforts revived interest from two possible buyers, one of whom eventually made an unconditional backup offer. As luck would have it the lead buyer failed to obtain finance and the backup became unconditional with settlement ten days later. We were entirely satisfied with the result and able to move on with our lives.
