Negative experience: Don't recommend. Our property manager was ok, but the landlord was an absolute nightmare when it came time for us to move out after over 3 years. Frustrating and expensive experience.

Fantastic experience: Thanks so, so much for the wonderful service we received a couple of nights ago, with the burst water pipe. I very much appreciate it. It’s no fun having the water supply shut off, so it was fantastic that the plumber was there within perhaps 90 minutes of my urgent late afternoon phone call to you. (I’m not actually sure, it might have been sooner. My wife & I went to the supermarket after my call to you and by the time we got home, the repair was made, the water was back on and everything was normal.) We are certainly grateful for these urgent repairs, and they make our life much better than it would otherwise be!

Positive experience: My PM has been great and was able to get my leaky tap fixed straight away. -1 star as I can’t use my toaster oven as it keeps short-circuiting the apartment which I wasn’t aware of prior to signing the lease.

Fantastic experience: We've been living in this two-bedroom apartment in Wellington's CBD for the past 2.5 years. The location is super convenient—schools, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance. Pukeahu National War Memorial Park is just around the corner, which has been great for relaxing walks or as my daughter says, for skate-boarding! My unit itself is cozy and gets plenty of natural light, especially on sunny days, which makes the space feel warm and inviting. Recently, construction started on the neighboring building, and their balcony ended up at the same level as our side windows in our living room and our daughter's room, which raised some privacy concerns. I reached out to Cushla, Oxygen's Senior Property Manager, and she promptly arranged for curtains to be installed at no extra cost. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. Thanks Cushla, you're amazing! Overall, it's been a comfortable place to live with a responsive management team. Couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Oxygen Property Management for your rental needs.

Fantastic experience: Always friendly, professional and prompt attention to maintenance issues reported on the app.

Negative experience: Never followed protocol, barged in multiple times without notifying us before hand. The one time we did get a warning it was 5 minutes beforehand. Never helped with maintenance and they will 100% try to scam you for damage that was already there (luckily I had extensive proof of no damage) Definitely do not go with Oxygen

Negative experience: Thankfully the tenancy tribunal can see through these crooks. Stay away if you are looking to rent off them. They will try take your bond for capital improvements and threaten to take you to tribunal the second you stand up for your rights.
