They were always available and responsive, and they presented themselves professionally with a clear understanding of the market. One thing we particularly appreciated was how they kept us updated after every house viewing — they would call us right away and then follow up with a detailed email covering what happened during the viewing and what to expect next. That level of communication gave us confidence throughout the process. We did end up selling below our initial expectation, but that was largely due to the current market situation rather than any shortcoming on their part. His communication has always been so clear and always got back to me with anything I've needed. His inspections have always been on the day at the time and he's never mucked us around. Any maintenance that needs doing he's made it so easy for us to access the help to get whatever it is done. Such a lovely guy who really cares about his tenants and the landlords aswell. We needed a fence up to protect the next door neighbours dogs from jumping over as I was a little nervous with my babies and Levi made this happen so quickly without hesitation as he knew it was for the safety of my babies. Negative experience: This is the worst company I have experienced so far. And I am writing this review for people to choose their real estate management company carefully. This company is biased, unprofessional and unreliable. And I have no option other then to write down the whole story here so that other innocent people will not get scammed like us with this company and agent Kellie. They put 9 tenants in out 4 bedroom house even without showing any courtesy to inform us. We only allowed maximum 6 people in that house. We only came to know about number of excess occupants only when we were reading the contract (only few days prior to move in date, that to after asking the agent several time we were given the contract). When we request her to find another tenant she just gave us an excuse that it will take further time to find other tenants. And we had no option other that agree to those tenants. However we slightly increased the rent as it was basically two families residing in one property. And they also signed the contact for one year. Within one month some of those tenants moved out and now they are pressuring us to reduce rent. So basically they are breaking the contract and also playing the victim card. They even lied to us about move in date. The tenants postponed the move in date by weeks but this agent named Kellie had no courtesy to inform us about the change. When we contacted her very casually she updated us about it. We have not been compensated for the loss of rent for those weeks. And what is most disappointing that this agent Kellie is only advocating for the tenants. We decided to go with a property management service so that they will manage the things but since we have Kellie, every week comes with some new stress and we are fed up of this mental harassment. Well this is out story. So anyone reading this review please never ever choose Kellie.

I cannot speak highly enough of Bayleys and their staff. Their dedication to conducting business in an honest, ethical and professional manner is above all reproach and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone interested in selling or buying a property or if you are a property investor looking for a dedicated and experienced property manager you can trust to look after your investment then this is the company for you. If you are a tenant looking for a home and are prepared to keep to your part of the deal and honour your tenancy agreement then these people will do everything they can to help you. As you will no doubt be aware however, rental property is extremely difficult to to acquire. Lynne and Angela, our property managers are the people we have mostly dealt with at Bayleys and in the time we have known them my respect and admiration for their unbiased professionalism and dedication to duty has grown enormously. Lynne is very much the type of person who will bend over backwards to help those she trusts, however I would not want to be in the shoes of someone who was to cross her. All women are dangerous of course but some more so than others. The thing we appreciate most about Lynne and Angela is their totally, utterly stuffed sense of humour - our type of people!!!
