Fantastic experience: Pb New Plymouth have been nothing but professional, they manage my property very well! Suzanne Peters has been fantastic and just great people all round and very easy to deal with! Highly recommended. takes a lot of stress off my shoulders while I am living overseas.

Fantastic experience: Phil Quinney sold our house for us! He listened to what we wanted, and gave expert advice providing the best outcome for us and the family. Although we were unsure about whether an auction was the best sale process for our property, it ended up being the perfect solution! as his skills, connections and the whole team at Property Brokers worked together to get a quick and hassle free sale, perfect for mum who was keen to move onto the next stage of her life in a retirement village. Phil is a trusted voice in the community, and I would personally recommend Phil and the team at Property Brokers to anyone looking to list their property for sale.

Fantastic experience: Thanks Mikaela Maxwell for a fantastic professional job managing my rental property in New Plymouth. I've owned rental properties in NP and Hawera for 20y and the experience I have had from Mikaela has been outstanding, she looks after the property, follows through on action and communications is great. Fantastic experience: Sally was outstanding in all respects: timely, professional, competent and sharp. She offered us excellent advice and we felt in very safe hands.

Fantastic experience: We engaged Sally Wolfe to sell our property in New Plymouth. We want to express how much we appreciated her going above and beyond for us. As we are based in Australia it made the process a little harder on our end, however Sally took care of absolutely everything for us, including fixing up odds and ends, and engaging trades on our behalf to get the house in saleable condition once our tenants had vacated. Sally continuously maintained our property through the marketing process right up until settlement, making sure everything was clean and tidy, and even mowed our lawns when needed! Sally's communication throughout was top notch and she had a very personal approach. Sally made the process so easy for us selling from a different country, and eliminated so much stress on our end. We can not thank or rate Sally highly enough for the effort she put in, and with that we got our house sold within a month of putting it on the market. Thanks so much Sally! - Mandy & Justin

Fantastic experience: Wow!! Cindy James sold our lifestyle property we have lived on for twenty four years, so we needed some guidance navigating this process. Cindy we can’t recommend you more highly than we do since we’ve worked with you. If you’re buying or selling CINDY is the only agent you need to get great results. Motivated, intelligent, knowledgeable and a lovely person. We wish you all the best . Regards Jacey @ Craig Hitchcock.

Negative experience: Disgusting service.Property manager who managed our property was absolutely useless.Would turn up to house inspections hung over and reeking of alcohol and when multiple things were wrong at our property nothing ever got done.10 years in our property and 8 different property managers but the property manager here was the worse!!!! Highly do NOT recommend them!!!!

Negative experience: Didn't put through signature documents correctly to bonds people. We were told specifically by them it was not put through by property brokers as we had to fill out extra signature documents was very stressful trying to get it back when we needed the money. Also did not have internet set up at property the wholetime we were there, when we really needed it.We keep getting sent in circles. The trade me listing said internet availability at the property, even though that was not the case,we went to tuatahi, spark and property brokers Property brokers had to give us lot numbers and building documents for spark which still weren't enough Please don't say we never came in,when we in fact did.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Suzanne and Janine for a number of years now and have always found them to be a fantastic team. I have recently brought my portfolio to Property Brokers because of my confidence in Suzanne and Janine's ability and knowledge of the industry. They are both great communicators, very organised and fantastic problem solvers and I look forward to working with them further. The Tapi system for logging and keeping records of maintenance and issues with a property has also been an absolute game changer.

Fantastic experience: After 2 tradies told my son that Property Brokers were the best property managers in New Plymouth, I asked PB if they would take over managing my two small properties. I have been very impressed with them. I pay a very reasonable set commission fee with no extra ad-ons. They are prompt at answering any queries, sorting out any problems, and communicating when necessary. Income from my properties is deposited twice a month. I am very happy with them and highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Forgot to give 5 stars ages ago. Awesome property manager (Janine) from last rental. Lovely, professional and organised. Rest of team lovely too (at viewings before a new rental was found and at the office when handing over house keys). Helped make moving out a breeze. Fantastic communication with tenants as well. Recommend this team and business. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: Moving into another country was no easy task especially when there were lot of tenants like myself with a small family looking for a place to live in New Plymouth and that's when we got to rent with PB. We were lucky to have Susanne and Janine from PB as our property manager. They dealt with our situation professionally and attentive as well. I've dealt with other property managers from different companies, and its nothing like how Susanne and Janine does it. It was quite unfortunate we had to give up rent at Fitzroy but we had a wonderful experience living there with lovely neighbors. We did run into maintenance issues, and it was no easy task for Susanne and Janine however they both managed to overcome it and did a follow-up too. Thank you so much, Susanne and Janine.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I are new to the rental market & having Suzanne by our side definitely made this a seamless process. With her experience and advice we know our property is in good hands! Thank you Suzanne

Fantastic experience: We have had a great experience with Suzanne Peters and Janine Ridings a the New Plymouth branch of Property Brokers. Huge thank you to Suzanne Peters, your always very quick to respond to emails or my calls, you are really so helpful, so lovely and really go out of your way to help. Huge thanks. We highly recommend you guys.

Fantastic experience: We recently rented a property through Suzanne Peters of Property Brokers in New Plymouth. A week after moving into the property, the hot water cylinder broke down and water leaked all over the new carpet and through a bedroom wall. Suzanne dealt with everything quickly and efficiently, a new hot water cylinder was installed and the property is now dry and great to live in again. I would definitely recommend Suzanne to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy Property Manager.

Fantastic experience: We have just bought a new property and sold ours, both with Cindy James. I cannot speak highly enough of her. I don’t think there is an agent who would have worked as hard as she did for us. We had a very stressful situation with our sale and she didn’t give up. She just knew she could get the job done… and she did! Her communication has been excellent. We have been kept up to date and talked through the entire way. We have felt that she has been working with us the whole way through. I have no hesitation in recommending Cindy to anyone looking for an agent.

Fantastic experience: Cindy James from property brokers has been outstanding from the start. She is the only agent that has gone the extra mile to help me find the perfect property. I’ve used plenty of other real estate agents over the years but Cindy is the best by far. 100% recommend her.
