Fantastic experience: Throughout the experience Kasey was knowledgeable, approachable warm and helpful. . As a first home buyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Kasey. Buying a home felt overwhelming at first, but from the beginning she was warm, approachable and incredibly supportive. She took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that made me feel informed and confident. No question ever felt too small. What really stood out was how far above and beyond she went to make everything as smooth and stress free as possible. Before settlement she even met tradesmen at the house for me, which meant come move in day, I was ready to enjoy my new home. Settlement and moving can be such a stressful time, but Kasey made the whole experience feel manageable. She was always quick to communicate, kept me updated throughout and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. As a first home buyer this was a really big deal for me because I had no idea what to expect, she talked me through it all and made it feel so much easier. She really took the stress away from the whole process. It never felt like I was just another client, she genuinely cared and wanted everything to go well. I’m so grateful for everything she did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, especially first home buyers looking for someone they can trust.
