Fantastic experience: If i could give more stars I would have been with the rent shop since 2023 as a tenant and they are quick as to fix any issues with rentals "best property management I've been under ever!!! " We have the best property manager aswell jayden is hardworking honest and reliable for both his tenants and owners of properties If you are a property owner you should look no more than picking the rent shop taranaki to look after you're property it will be the best decision you will ever make!!!! - ps they didn't even have to pay me to say that cos its the truth!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We couldn’t have asked for a better property manager than Kate. She was always easy to communicate with, down to earth, and genuinely cared about looking after our property. Because this is our family home and a place we’ve put so much love and effort into, it meant a lot to know it was in such good hands. Fantastic experience: Had a very amazing rental experience Jayden Lane was who we have felt with from the start and I must say He made it easy for a viewing and also helping me find a home as I was staying in a moter camp, Jayden was warm explained everything about the property on the first visit. From the day we saw the place applied the process was easy (much easier than I have had before) we have been in our new place for 4 weeks now and things have gone smoothly and it’s a lovely home warm dry and comfortable Thank you Jayden appreciate what you have done, I have dealt with a few property managers and so far you are at the top of my list,thanks for making us feel like people and not just a number.

The last tenants didn't take care of the bathroom which resulted in mould; we insisted on taking care of this ourselves but he has gone out of his way to hire someone so we don't have to worry about it. His manner, body language and tone of voice shows that he actually cares about our wellbeing in this property. He's a very rare soul indeed and anybody would be lucky to have him as a property manager. Very thankful that we fell into the right hands!

Negative experience: I Do Not Recommend The Rent Shop to anyone, it took a week and a half to get a cov for gas so we had no hot water in that time and they were not in a hurry to get it sorted. then also when we moved in we told them about the hot water tap in kitchen was just dribbling it took 6weeks and it wasn't even them that sorted it , our friend is friends with the owner so he reached out to them and it got fixed straight away.

Fantastic experience: Very fast and clear communication. I dealt with Kelvin Weir and his service was exceptional. Very friendly, thorough and felt very well looked after. He sent through the rental appraisal within a day of making contact with him along with other relevant information that was needed to know being a landlord. Great customer service and the offer at always being at hand if I needed anything further. Also they have a good handle at what your property is worth based on their expertise and information they have to compare with other properties within the same area. My friend recommended this company to me as they use them and also thought they were great to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.
