Negative experience: I would not recommend Jeannie Boswell. Listed my property at a price suggested by Jeannie. After signing the papers we were advised that she is going away for 3 weeks. We were assured her team would do a good job. Poor photos were taken, 9 weeks later vague feedback and no offers. We took it off the market and immediately listed with a well known local agency. They sold this property which had been exposed to the market along with our other property within 2 weeks, both with multi offers. You're the best - I think not.

Put in an offer (multiple) which were presented at 1pm, at 6.15pm hadn't heard from anyone so tried phoning, got answer phone, left a message asking for an update, 7.30pm still no response. Not impressed by customer service or communications and from this agent. Will deter from any of her future listings. Perhaps she thinks she has got bigger than the minor purchasers like us. Can't help but think that as the market is so good at the moment that she thinks that she doesn't need to follow up. VERY dissatisfied.

Always so prompt with replies, even when she was at her daughters wedding and when she was sick, and they work hard for you. Never once did i feel pressured as communication was open and decisions were always made in partnership with us.
