Fantastic experience: We are extremely pleased with the services offered by Ray White during our property purchase in Palmerston North. All the staff were incredibly humble and experienced, especially Megan, who learned a great deal in a short period under the guidance of Stu and Lyndsey, the backbone of this company. Fantastic experience: As a previous tenant of one of the properties managed under Ray White, I have to say that Jan is one of the most kind, compassionate, and empathetic property managers that I have ever dealt with. She goes above and beyond, and sees you as a human being rather than ‘just a tenant’. For instance, Jan took time out of her day to call me just to simply wish me good luck prior to my move overseas. Her kind nature makes a world of difference, and I feel so lucky to have had her as my property manager.

She has been friendly, respectful, and reliable whenever something needed attention. Any requests or concerns have been addressed promptly, and she keeps me well informed throughout the process. Fantastic experience: It has been pleasure working in with Jan regarding her management of my rental property over a period of time. In addition to her regular property reviews, she is always very prompt in her response to concerns my tenants have. Her access to contractors allow for rapid resolution of maintenance problems without escalation as can occur with delays of the same. She managed my property for over two years in Dannevirke, and during that time I never had to worry. She always took quick action and made sure the tenants were comfortable and well looked after. Her communication is excellent, and her property inspection reports are always thorough and well detailed. I feel confident knowing my properties are in great hands and I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been really happy with Jan and the way she looks after things. She is proactive, easy to approach, and always on top of what’s going on. Contractors are handled smoothly, and she keeps up with legal changes, which gives me real peace of mind. Jan is also more than willing to go the extra mile when needed, which I greatly appreciate. From a tenant and client point of view, everything has been very positive. When personally visiting properties, I haven’t received a single tenant complaint. Communication with Jan is always fair, clear, and balanced. On top of that, Jan has a great sense of humor and builds easy rapport, which makes working with her a genuinely pleasant experience.

Positive experience: Had an okay time with ray white palmerston north as renters, did not receive timely service on a broken tap (took 6 months to get fixed). Our property manager would leave emails for days before giving a half cooked response. Was I nice little property at a good price just dissapointed in the service we received from the team. One time we organized an inspection for a Friday only for my partner to woken up by calls from our property manager saying she was here on the Thursday morning after a long night shift, you would think someone could tell what day it was by looking at a calender but I guess it might be hard for some people. Overall not to bad but left a lot on the table with poor communication. Cheers.

Fantastic experience: 24/03/2024 13:21pm KiaOra EveryBody Absolutely amazing experience working with Ray Whites team members in our days, especially with past experiences working with Ray Whites team, many many years ago i felt really really looked down on and i definitely felt like i was NOT good enough for their rental propertys, yes of course i'm not going to candy coat things, i felt definitely judged, yes it definitely was extremely judgemental back in them days, but in these days in age i have to say, it's been a whole 360° turn around, i enjoy the enthusiasm and passion of Ray Whites team members, Michaela is kind, caring, helpful, i never feel judged by her, NOT even 1 tiny little bit, when booking in for ae viewing inspection and i see Michaela's name pop up for that particular rental property, and in that second my nerve-racking feelings are instantly gone away, that's most definitely the good feeling i get from Michaela, somehow she just makes me feel really relaxed, comfortable and validated....,that speaks a whole lot of good feelings about another person for me, it really does..nawww, (ThankYou so much Michaela, i absolutely appreciate your kindness)...,Also, Ray Whites rental properties rent rates are a whole lot cheaper to date as well, for me its unbelievably amazing, i'm gobsmacked over the rent rates, they are amazing, i mean Ray Whites have some really really really nice homes, some of the properties seem like their under the market rates, which is brilliant, i've noticed that Ray Whites got 1 of the 2 cheapest real estate rental properties around the Palmerston North region at the moment, which is amazing amazing ama-zing...,to me...,because there far more affordable to rent now, and i know that we'll be in our new rental property for years and years to come, like our current home, its been almost 9 years here now..again ThankYou Michaela, you really have been my best experience with "Real Estate", i really couldn't ThankYou enough...,also ThankYou Ray Whites.. Negative experience: Unethical and incompetent company. Do not deal with Linda, she cannot keep accurate records and mismanaged my property to the point it had to be rebuilt entirely. Ignore all the fake reviews from the company employees and friends, I'd strongly recommend AVOIDING Ray White entirely.

Fantastic experience: Linda Bellinger is the BEST property manager that you can ever get. She always gives a months notice for inspections, she's kind and she is so lovely to talk to. She made it so easy to sign our tenancy and when we need anything she's just a text away and it is fixed and sorted within the day or if not the next day. I highly recommend Linda and Ray white in general. If I ever need to move I will definitely be trying to work with her again and will definitely be going with Ray white.

Fantastic experience: Linda Bellinger our property Manager from Ray White Palmerston North has given us exceptional service during our tenancy. She is very efficient and responds quickly to Any problems that arise with our rental property.

Negative experience: They don't do their job properly. The property was insufficiently insulated, mouldy and ignored for half a decade. What you should have done was inspections for damages etc everytime a tenant left and to make sure new tenants have filled out appropriate forms. It is not my job to make sure these things are done.

Fantastic experience: We had Melissa O'Donnell as our property manager for the year we had our rental property in Palmerston. She found us an awesome tenant who kept the place immaculate and always paid rent on time. She was easy to communicate with and always happy to help when we had questions. Would have no issues with working with her again in the future.

Negative experience: I have not rented with Ray White but have been to a viewing. I walked in and was instantly hit with the smell of damp and mould. Disappointing that a house would even be shown in that condition. I’ve been to many viewings and never had that experience. Fortunately the lady with a baby who was there had the sense to leave. I went a viewing with a different agency then saw the flat next door listed by Ray white for over $100 more than the other agent. Same flat, interior was exactly the same and it was hardly worth the lower price let alone to premium Ray white was asking. From what I’ve seen of listings they’re just asking a higher price for no reason and I wouldn’t trust the quality after that first experience.

Fantastic experience: Great working with Sam in the rental division. He very easy to deal with and is always polite, calm and highly organised. He has a very professional attitude towards his work and I would highly recommend him to manager any rentals in the future.

Negative experience: Poor customer service and communication. We went with Ray White to market our home because we had gone conditional on another home they were marketing. We thought it would make things easier as we would have good and clear communication with them! We couldn’t have more been more wrong! 90% of all communication they had with us was via text message! TEXTS informing us we had private viewings hours before them actually arriving, one text which we didn’t get ( but apparently ‘was sent’). Constantly felt pressured to lower the asking price by the agent. Would not recommend this company.

The real estate agent Kevin Boniface who has alot of years experience in the industry show cased my mother's home honestly with what he knew. Kevin was quietly confident, communicative, fit's in, punctual, consistent, collaborative, no fuss, pleasant to deal with and to have around. I found his service outstanding and encouraging. Between the sales management team, Stu Fleming and Kevin Boniface I found them all excellent and they exceeded my sale expectation. I was part of the team too and together with my honesty and disclosures about the property we nailed it. Happy seller, happy buyer, happy all round with great results. This time different agent, wow amazing how hard some people make it, not sure if it was a delay tactic to get a multi offer going or what. I asked for two things after going unconditional still nothing. I will NOT be buying or selling property from this agent ever again!!!

Negative experience: Purchased a property being sold by Raw White. Was very friendly and good communication until contract was signed then they wouldn't return calls and made life really difficult. I do not want to do business with them again.
