Negative experience: Was interested on renting one of the property listed, but they did not reply to my emails (even after sending a follow-up). Did not pick up to my calls, an agent called me back but was not even in charge of the property that I was interested in, and he was not very helpful with what I should do next too. Would not recommend working with this company unless you don't want to rent out your property. :)

Negative experience: Had Tim Kearins and it was not a good experience. Didn’t feel like he listened to us or made time, was pressuring us to take offers when we had clearly said we wouldn’t accept. Communication got worse as we went along and then to top it off he didn’t even show up on settlement day to do a handover of keys. Would not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience: Tim Kearins at Century 21 was great! From the very beginning, he was friendly, approachable, and very informative when we looked at the home. He gave me the chance to view the property as many times as I needed before putting in an offer, which I really appreciated. Tim had a casual, down-to-earth style that made the process feel comfortable. Coming from a rural background, we were able to connect over farming, which made the experience even easier. Every time I had a question, he always made sure to get me the answer, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. He provided the right balance of giving us space while also making sure we had all the information we needed. As first-home buyers, Tim made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

Positive experience: The time it takes to answer a call is unreasonably long. The representative was great. Two way communication on the app is not effective.I believe I only get computer generated responses and reminders by e-mail, but no effective way to solve or communicate the problem I have which is on uber's side. I am happy to explain where I see a break in communication.

Fantastic experience: Tim did a great job selling my house. He initially didn't put an asking price to guage what buyers would pay, which i was reluctent to do. But it turned out the right decision. We then changed to an asking price and within a few weeks had an offer $10 000 over my asking price. I had to wait till the buyer sold her home, but it only took a few weeks, so it was a great outcome. Im thrilled.

Fantastic experience: Tim and Corrinna did an amazing job helping us sell our home by auction in a difficult housing market. We initially met them when we were just exploring what our home was worth. They impressed us with being personal and understanding of our needs. We decided to sell our home with them despite Century 21 being a small company in Palmerston North because we felt good about the service they could provide. Corrinna took the lead with marketing and did an amazing job. Even our neighbours commented on how the marketing was top notch. They delivered flyers to neighbours and also developed a special multiple page handout describing the special features of the home. Corrinna did an amazing job with the open homes as well. She brought a comfortable touch playing music and bringing light refreshments to help people feel welcome. We had over 30 groups through our home in just 3 weeks. There was a time I felt I wasn’t getting direct enough communication from Corrinna and she called me to talk things through. I also became very doubtful of the auction process when one of our top bidders said they didn’t have finances to bid at the auction. She encouraged me to trust the process. We sold our home on auction night for a great price. We all shared tears of joy at selling our home and sadness at ending this chapter of our lives. If you want a real estate agent/company who will do their best for you, bring a special touch to the marketing and open homes, and relate to you on an emotional level I would highly recommend Tim and Corrinna with Century 21.

Fantastic experience: I have just re listed my home with Century 21. I have found this company and their agent Kirti Acharya to be the very best Real Estate Company to deal with. Kirti goes above and beyond to make sure the Vendor is kept in the picture the entire time and make sure he is doing his absolute best for the vendor. He never has a negative word about the property or the potential purchasers. Kirti has kept me informed at all time and although he hasn’t sold as yet I suspect that is just because of where the market is at present . I would be happy to recommend Century 21 to anyone looking to list their property.

Fantastic experience: What I like about C21 is that they're a big company globally, but in Palmy they run a boutique service. I know I'll always be dealing with Tara rather than having a constant turnover of agents. She is very down to earth, keeps me informed, and is always helpful. I'm very happy with the service and the tenants she's found me.

Fantastic experience: So glad that Century 21 handled our recent house sale. The sale wasn't straight-forward, with a sitting tenant to work around and an extremely busy vendor. They navigated these difficulties with professionalism, and really went the extra mile, coming out with a sale price above expectations. Working with a small company also meant that we had personal attention from the Principal of the agency, something that wouldn't happen with the larger firms in town. I highly recommend Tim and Tara - genuine helpful people who really know their stuff and took a huge amount of the stress out of the process.
