Fantastic experience: Emma was always very polite, professional, highly knowledgeable, and fair in the way she dealt with us. We were always able to contact her, and she was very helpful whenever we had questions. As foreigners, the whole process was new to us, and we were unsure about the rental market, inspections, and the procedures involved when ending a tenancy and moving out. Emma always explained clearly and respectfully what we needed to be aware of, and we felt that we were in very good hands with her.

Fantastic experience: Kim has been so amazing to deal with. She always honest and genuine . I felt we could trust her the whole though the sale process. She had a passion to sell our house and it really showed and it was a genuine not just wanting a sale. She cared for our home and respected it even the animals. She was so caring one time she spooked the cat and then followed up later if the cat was ok. She helped us with tips to make our house more attractive to sale. She even was that extra bit sweet we talked about a certain candle. Next time we arrived home after an open home she left me one really made me smile and I do treasure. As much as she was professional she came dare to us as a person. She is truly is so beautiful and have enjoyed getting to know her professionally and personally. When she came to our home the first time I was yep we definitely got the right person to sell our house. And she did and did not take her long.
